These terms govern your use of Centuriation ("the Service"), an AI-powered learning platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The Service

Centuriation uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate educational arcade games based on topics you provide. The service includes game generation, gameplay, progress tracking, and analytics. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or subscription quotas
  • Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create accounts using false or misleading information
  • Share your account credentials with others

AI-Generated Content

Game content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. AI-generated content is provided for educational entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

We apply safety filters and validation to AI output, but we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. Use your own judgment when learning from AI-generated material.

Intellectual Property

Centuriation and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Centuriation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to the topics and input text you provide. By submitting topics, you grant us a license to process them through AI services for the purpose of generating game content.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data after termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centuriation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an in-app notice.
