Copyright Policy

Ferniotic LLC respects the intellectual-property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Users may publish games, descriptions and other content to Centuriation; if you believe any of it infringes your copyright, send us a notice.

Sending a notice

Email our designated copyright agent at [email protected] with:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. the URL or other information sufficient for us to locate the material on Centuriation;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Ferniotic LLC may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
